Product Description

About this product
Our Beluga Caviar is truly exceptional, a sentiment echoed by our loyal customers.
Introduced in 2013, it quickly became a favorite and remains one of our best sellers.
Sourced from a spring-fed outdoor farm in northern Italy, every detail is meticulously managed. The water quality, temperature, and food are all closely monitored, leading to an incredible taste experience.
The eggs are dark grey, about 3mm in diameter, offering a creamy taste with a robust flavor, more intense than pure Huso Huso. This caviar comes from a Huso Huso/Baerii hybrid, which matures faster than pure Beluga, allowing us to provide the beloved egg size and flavor without the hefty price tag.
Enjoy the luxury of Beluga without breaking the bank.
