Cassoulet

Cassoulet is a tasty regional speciality from South West France, made with pieces of meat and charcuterie cooked in a lingot (white) bean sauce. It is 100% natural, gluten free, surprisingly low in calories for such as a comforting meal and simply requires warming gently in a saucepan or oven dish. The majority of our cassoulet range are prepared for us by La Belle Chaurienne, a company specialising in producing high quality cassoulet and duck confit based in Castelnaudary.
