Caspian House Selection (Baerii) Caviar

Our house selection is a very baerii caviar (from Aquitaine) at a very good price for the quality. The eggs in our house selection are similar to oscietra caviar but are darker in colour, lightly salted and with a mild, clean taste and citrus undertones. A very good introduction to caviar and one of our best-sellers.
