Classic French Sauces

A superb range of ready prepared French sauces and stock bases prepared for us by Castaing in the Landes region of South West France. All this range are prepared with high quality ingredients and simply require warming. Ideal if you want a perfect French sauce but lack the time or know how to prepare it. Features some superb mushroom sauces (for use with chicken?) a truffle sauce, foie gras sauce as well as classics such as madeira wine sauce and green peppercorn sauce. We also stock a fond de volaille (poultry stock) and fond de veau (veal stock), to add flavour to soups and stews.
