Royal Beluga

Our allocation of the autumn harvest of our ever popular Royal Beluga arrived recently. This is the hybrid Beluga from Italy that we have sold for many years. Although our beluga is always good, each batch varies a little and the current one is delicious.

Please note that we have been unable to source the quantities we would ideally have liked this year. If this is your caviar of choice, please order soon so as to not be disappointed as will be unable to replenish stocks of this variety before early 2025.

All current stocks are dated into early 2025 providing they are stored between 0c-4c in your fridge (the closer to 0c the better!).
