  • Cream cheese
  • Sour cream
  • Lemon juice
  • Garlic powder
  • Dill or Chives
  • Spring onion
  • Milk or double cream
  • Salt and pepper
  • Caviar


  1. Combine the cream cheese and sour cream in a bowl and mix till smooth.
  2. Season the mixture with fresh lemon juice, garlic powder, salt and pepper.
  3. Mix together and season some more if needed.
  4. With your favourite serving dish, spread the dip across to create a base layer.
  5. Now add the Caviar; we’d recommend Beluga or Oscietra.
  6. Then garnish with Dill or Chives for added flavour and a pop of colour.
  7. Serve with an array of crackers or crusty bread for dipping.
