Cruscana Seafood Terrines

A delicious range, which has been an instantaneous success with staff, Family, friends and our customers alike!  Cruscana were founded in 1965 and and specialise in creating crustacean butters based on the recipes of the famous French chef, Auguste Escoffier. Delicious as a light starter or canape and the balance and depth of flavour are just perfect. Serve cool on some very finely sliced toast or crackers with a chilled white wine. You can also add a few drops of fresh lemon juice and/ or some very finely sliced dill for an extra flavour dimension. Latest addition is the smoked salmon pate!
