Cooking Preparation Tips
Agen prunes work well in both sweet and savoury dishes – for example for breakfast chop into pieces and add to muesli, granola or porridge for natural sweetness. In savoury cooking, add to slow-cooked stews, tagines or casseroles. Agen prunes pair particularly well with rabbit, duck and game.
Our recipe idea! Soak in Armagnac or brandy for a month, then dip in dark chocolate

Agen prunes are the best and Good Food Network is the only place I have found to regularly buy them, even though I live in Scotland.
