We have been working with Castaing in the Landes region of South West France for over 20 years and received countless re-orders across this excellent range. The defining feature of Castaing is the quality of ingredients used and the care they take in preparing their specialities (foie gras, duck confit, pates, terrines and regional French dishes) and the end result are superb flavours and some of the finest French food you will find anywhere!
