A delicious French crab soup prepared by Maison Perard in Le Touquet – 100% natural and gluten free
Simply warm your crab soup up gently in a saucepan and serve with Perard croutons, rouille, and a little grated Emmental.
You can also add white fish and shellfish to Perard crab soup to make a mock bouillabaisse, an idea pioneered by Delia Smith some years ago with success.
Maison Perard are based in Le Touquet, Northern France and have been preparing marine soups since 1964.

Store in a cupboard up to 2 years. Once open store in a fridge and consume within 3 days.
