Caspian Caviar - Special Reserve Beluga (Huso Huso) Caviar

About this product

Indulge in exceptional Beluga caviar from the legendary Huso huso, renowned among caviar connoisseurs for its luxuriously creamy texture, delicate walnut notes, and remarkably long finish on the palate.

This premium Beluga caviar features beautifully formed light grey pearls measuring 3–3.5mm, offering the smooth, buttery character expected from one of the world’s most prestigious caviars.

Pure Huso Huso Beluga is exceptionally rare, requiring 18–20 years to mature, with no guarantee of producing superior-quality roe. After careful sourcing and extensive selection, we are delighted to offer a truly outstanding example distinguished by its balance, texture, and refined flavour.

What does Beluga caviar taste like?

Beluga caviar is prized for its rich, creamy mouthfeel with subtle nutty notes and a smooth, lingering finish that develops elegantly on the palate.

How should Beluga caviar be served?

For the finest tasting experience, serve chilled either:

  • Traditionally on warm blinis with crème fraîche
  • Simply enjoyed from a spoon to appreciate its pure flavour and texture

Why is Beluga caviar so rare?

Authentic Huso Huso Beluga caviar is highly sought after because the sturgeon takes nearly two decades to mature, making premium-quality production extremely limited worldwide.

Perfect for luxury entertaining, fine dining, and special occasions, this exquisite Beluga caviar delivers a true gourmet experience for discerning caviar lovers.
