Very high quality duck confit (slow cooked duck in it’s own duck fat) from South West France prepared for us by La Belle Chaurienne and Castaing. Duck confit is 100% natural (and gluten free) and makes a delicious French meal – serve with oven roasted potatoes or mashed potato, or indeed any vegetables of your choice!
