Outstanding goose rillettes (100% natural) prepared by Castaing in the Landes region of South West France and some of the very best rillettes we have tried.
Goose rillettes make a tasty and easy to prepare cold starter for two served on some warm, lightly toasted bread served with a side green salad.
Rillettes also work well on canapes as they are very spreadable … and they make superb sandwiches in a baguette!
