A high quality, ready to use French sauce au foie gras (foie gras sauce) prepared by Castaing in the Landes region of South West France.
Simply pour contents into a saucepan, warm up gently, and pour over your main ingredient.
Water, duck foie gras, poultry carcass, cream, white wine (sulphites), carrots, duck fat, onions, wheat flour, Port wine (sulphites), modified corn starch, leeks, shallots, salt, Armagnac, garlic, tomato concentrate, celery, pepper, aromatic plants, juniper berries, spices.
Store in a cupboard up to two years. Once open store in a fridge and consume within 3 days.
