A delicious and flavoursome French duck pate seasoned with Armagnac – 100% natural and preservative free.
At it’s best enjoyed with some good quality bread as a French starter alongside mini gherkins and perhaps some cheese!
This pate has a nice appetizing pink colour, very pleasant texture and aroma, and a little duck stock at the base of the jar – an outstanding pate, which we highly recommend.
Prepared by Castaing in the Landes region, South West France.
Duck meat (43%), pork fat and meat, eggs, red wine (sulfite), poultry liver, starch, armagnac (1.8%), salt, spices, dextrose, garlic, aromatic, plants.
Store in a cupboard. Once open store in a fridge and eat within 3 days.
