This pate has great flavour, a pleasant and appetising colour, good texture and the taste of Juniper cuts through the stronger game flavour – really outstanding.

Pork meat and fat, venison (20%), eggs, red wine (sulfite), poultry liver, starch, gelatine, salt, armagnac, shallots, aroma (gluten), spices (juniper berries), garlic, sugar, armoatic plants.
Store in a cupboard. Once open store in a fridge and eat within 3 days.
