A high quality, ready to use French sauce aux cepes (porcini mushroom sauce) prepared by Castaing in the Landes region of South West France.
Works well with red meats, poultry and pasta dishes.
Simply pour contents into a saucepan, warm up gently, and pour over your main ingredient.
Water, poultry carcass, cream, dry porcini, wheat flour, modified corn starch, shallots, butter, Madeira wine (sulphites), leeks, onions, carrots, celery, tomato, garlic, spices, aromatic plants.
Store in a cupboard up to two years. Once open store in a fridge and consume within 3 days.
