Duck Rillettes (180g Serves Two)

Delicious duck rillettes prepared for us by Castaing in South West France!

Think of rillettes as a delicious, spreadable treat similar to pulled pork but with a rich duck flavour. Made with just duck meat, duck fat, shallots, and seasoning, they’re 100% natural and incredibly tasty.

Enjoy them on warm toast as a very enjoyable light starter. Rillettes also make fantastic canapés or sandwiches, especially with a crunchy baguette.

Ingredients? Duck meat, duck fat, salt, garlic, pepper, shallots.

Shelf Life & Storage? 1 year minimum in a cupboard. Once open store in a fridge and consume within 2 days.
