One of our best selling duck foie gras prepared by Castaing foie gras specialists in the Landes region of South West France.
A pillar of our foie gras range for over two decades – this duck foie gras has a lovey, easy to slice texture and magnificent flavour – one of our favourites.
Enjoy served cool, in fine slices, on warm toast or any good quality bread. Goes well with our Mymoune fresh fig jam or sauternes wine jelly.
Castaing supply the Grande Epicerie in Paris, the French equivalent to Harrods or Fortnum’s and are one of France’s most reputed foie gras producers.
Ingredients
Duck foie gras (88%), water, Port wine, salt, spices, sugar, antioxidant (sodium ascorbate), preserving agent (sodium nitrite).
