We have tried many foie gras over the years, and would rate this goose foie gras one of the finest examples we have tried with perfect flavour and texture.
Castaing are one of most reputed foie gras producers and give this whole goose foie gras with truffles is superb – both in flavour and texture.
Goose foie gras entier (whole goose foie gras) is fully cooked, seasoned and ready to eat – the “whole” refers to the fact these foie gras are made with best quality whole foie gras lobes.
