About this product

A very enjoyable and 100% natural goose terrine with superb flavour – best served cool on some baguette or lightly toasted bread with condiments such as French cornichons (mini gherkins).

Goes well with a French red wine of your choice – a Cahors for example!

Prepared for us by Maison Godard in Perigord.

Pork, goose 36%, eggs, poultry liver, salt, Armagnac, gelatine, spices, sugar.
