A top quality and 100% natural goose confit prepared following traditional cooking methods to give you a succulent, yielding and very tasty goose confit, which melts in the mouth!
One goose leg is large and serves two.
Preparation Tips: keep tin at room temperature for a few hours to loosen the goose fat. Then open tin, drain off excess fat (you can keep this in a jar in the fridge to save for roasting potatoes and vegetables!), place your goose confit leg skin side up in an oven dish.
Put in a preheated oven at 180g for circa 20-25 minutes until the goose confit skin is golden brown.
Serve with oven roasted potatoes, lentils, a side salad …
