About this product
One of France’s most reputed fish soups prepared by Maison Perard in Le Touquet, Northern France.
Perard soup is high in fish content, 100% natural, gluten free and delicious.
To enjoy, pour contents into a saucepan, warm gently until hot and serve with fried bread croutons, garlic rouille and optional grated Emmental or Gruyere cheese.
You can also use Perard fish soup as a base for a cheat bouillabaisse by adding mussels, pieces of white fish and shellfish to it – again with very good results!
