A very high-quality duck foie gras prepared by Edouard Artzner in Strasbourg, prepared using the finest whole foie gras lobes for an “entier” grade of exceptional quality.
Exquisite in both flavour and texture, it delivers a smooth, refined taste that reflects true French gourmet tradition.
Best enjoyed cool and finely sliced on lightly toasted bread, ideally paired with Sauternes wine jelly or fig jam for a classic finish.
Open easily with a tin opener.
