In simple terms, foie gras “entier” (“whole” in English) refer to the best quality foie gras available.
Our comments? An exquisite duck foie gras, which combines perfect texture and flavour.
Duck foie gras is best enjoyed served cool (this really is important) in fine slices on lightly toasted bread – chutneys are often used alongside foie gras, but we feel this foie gras is so good, it does not need a chutney.
