We have sampled many duck foie gras since founding The Good Food Network in 1996 and rate this amongst the best foie gras we have tried.
In simple terms, the foie gras “entier” (“whole” in English refer to the best quality foie gras available).
Duck foie gras is best enjoyed served cool (this really is important) in fine slices on some lightly toasted bread – chutneys are often used alongside foie gras, but we feel this foie gras is so good, it does not need a chutney.
