Les Fruits Confits

The art of candying fruit is little know in England but one of the high points of French gastronomy. It is an art – usually acquired over generations. The most famous of the “fruits confits” are marrons glaces, traditionally enjoyed at Christmas. But we are also delighted to introduce the outlandishly good Clementines Confites by Confiserie Florian in Nice, Provence Cote d’Azur!
