    Description

    A delicious and very tasty Guinea-fowl Fricassee prepared with guinea-fowl legs and Paris mushrooms, simmered in a cream and white wine sauce – serves two very large appetites or three normal appetites comfortably!

    We’ve tried many French dishes and rate this as simply delicious – the meat is tender and tasty, and the wine sauce is like something you would expect to taste in a French family run restaurant in Province.

    Simply warm up in an oven (180g for 20 minutes) and serve with either boiled potatoes or fresh egg tagliatelle.
