A delicious and very tasty Guinea-fowl Fricassee prepared with guinea-fowl legs and Paris mushrooms, simmered in a cream and white wine sauce – serves two large appetites or three normal appetites comfortably!
We’ve tried many French dishes and rate this very highly and better than what you will be served in many a restaurant – the meat is tender and tasty, and the wine sauce is like something you would expect to taste in a French family run restaurant in Province.
