Absolutely delicious! Roasted shoulder of pork, which is perfectly seasoned and succulent. Serve cold, sliced with any side of your choice.

To enjoy this dish, remove it from the tin, place it length ways on a plate – and slice – serve with oven roasted potatoes, a salad … anything you like really! The taste is superb and the quantity is deceptively large. It will serve four comfortably.

The smell, appearance, and texture of the pork itself are superb, it comes with a liberal amount of pork stock/ sauce from the cooking process, which has great flavour.
