A good quality duck foie gras prepared by Castaing foie gras specialists in the Landes region of South West France and one of the best sellers in our range for many years now.
This duck foie gras has a very enjoyable flavour and is at its best served cool, finely sliced, on some lightly toasted bread with a sauternes wine jelly or fig chutney.
Duck foie gras 88%, water, port wine, salt, spices, sugar, antixoydant (sodium ascorbate), preserving agent (sodium nitrite)
3 years in a cool dry place. Once open store in a fridge and consume within 2 days.
