A very good quality foie gras en bloc prepared by Castaing foie gras specialists in the Landes region of South West France.

We sell a few thousand of these each year, with many re-orders, which we take to mean they are good!

Best served cool, finely sliced, on some lightly toasted bread with a wine jelly or chutney of your choice.

3 years life at room temperature if not open and can already by ordered for Christmas.
