Edouard Artzner, our supplier, are one of France’s oldest and most reputed foie gras producers.
Goose foie gras is best enjoyed served cool in fine slices on some lightly toasted white bread or brioche together with a wine jelly or chutney of your choice – the natural wine pairing would be a Sauternes.
