Edouard Artzner Foie Gras De Strasbourg

We have worked with Edouard Artzner for nigh on 25 years and consider these some of the finest foie gras to come from France. Edouard Artzner started in 1803, as supplier to the French Royal Court, and have since become reputed as one of France’s leading producers of very high quality foie gras prepared following artisanal methods. We regularly sample this range, and the quality and flavour of all their foie gras is second to none. Our own recommendation would be the mi-cuit varieties, which are French gastronomy at it’s very best!
