A superb duck foie gras entier prepared by Edouard Artzner in Strasbourg, one of France’s oldest and most respected foie gras houses. This is among the finest we have tried, with near-perfect texture and exceptional flavour.
Best enjoyed cool, finely sliced on lightly toasted bread or brioche, and ideally paired with a glass of Sauternes.
Storage
Keeps in a cupboard for a minimum of one year. Once opened, refrigerate and consume within 3 days.
