A very enjoyable goose foie gras en bloc prepared by Maison Godard in the French Perigord region – the quality to price ratio is super and we are giving these an extra boost just to encourage you to try them!

These tins look tiny but hold 65g of foie gras (one large portion/ two smaller portions) and work well in Christmas food hampers.

Shelf Life & Storage? 1 year minimum in a cupboard. Once open store in a fridge and consume within 2 days.

Foie Gras Serving Suggestions?

Serve cool in fine slices spread on warm toast with either some sauternes wine jelly or our delicious Mymoune fresh fig jam.
