A delicious and very enjoyable Provencal fish soup prepared by La Belle – Iloise in Quiberon, Brittany.

The aroma when you open the tin is delicious and the taste is superb. Exceptionally good!

A Mediterranean-style fish soup flavoured with fennel (you can really taste this) and Herbes de Provence. La Belle Iloise manage to combine a defined taste of seafood with other subtle flavours!

Shelf Life & Storage? Store In a cupboard 1 year minimum. Once open store in a fridge and consume within 3 days.

Soupe De Roche Serving Tips

Simply open tin, pour into a saucepan, heat gently … and enjoy! Makes a very enjoyable French starter for two or main course for one. Delicious as it is or serve with croutons and rouille and a good idea to serve when entertaining as it’s so good.

You can also add pieces of white fish (cod/ haddock) and shellfish of your choice (prawns/ mussels) as you warm it up to make a bouillabaisse of sorts.
