A delicious and 100% natural (and gluten free) lobster bisque prepared by Maison Perard in Le Touquet, Northern France.
Perard lobster soup simply requires warming gently in a saucepan and makes a delicious French starter for three.
Perard lobster bisque goes well with fried bread croutons rubbed with fresh garlic and rouille. Another way to enjoy this soup is to add a little fresh cream prior to serving to give it a certain veloute.
