Rouille Perard (60g)

Rouille is a very enjoyable garlic based mayonnaise (orange in colour hence the name “rouille” which literally means rust in French!), which is the traditional accompaniment enjoyed with fish soup (together with fried bread croutons).

Rouille has a garlicky flavour and adds extra depth of flavour and a certain smoothness to the consistency of fish soup.

Simply add a tea spoon of rouille to your bowl of Perard soup and stir.

Shelf Life & Storage? Rouille can be stored a year in a cupboard until date indicated on jar (typically 8 months minimum). once open store in a fridge and consume within 3 days.
