An outstanding French dish for two fair appetites or three moderate appetites.

Tender chunks of beef simmered in a flavoursome Bergerac wine sauce accompanied by carrots, mushrooms, onions and bacon. The depth and balance of flavour are near perfect!

    Moored on the edge of an Irish lake, the middle of nowhere, beef with wine, carrots and mushrooms was an excellent birthday meal
