Cooking Preparation Tips
Allow the tin to reach room temperature before opening. Remove the duck legs, place them skin-side up in an ovenproof dish and roast at 180°C for approximately 25 minutes, or until the skin is crisp and golden.
Don’t discard the duck fat. It’s a prized ingredient in French cooking and makes exceptional roast potatoes.
