Edouard Artzner are one of France’s oldest and most reputed foie gras houses and supply the likes of Harrods.
Enjoy served cool, in fine slices, on warm toast or any good quality bread. Goes well with our Mymoune fresh fig jam or Sauternes wine jelly.

Goose liver, water, salt, cognac, sugar, spices, antioxidant: sodium ascorbate, preserving agent: sodium nitrite.

May 2028 in a cupboard. Once open, refrigerate and use within 2 days.

The Fois Gras was as expected- excellent. However the can was bashed about somewhat making it messy to extract the goodies, therefore the table presentation was lacking.
