One of our best-selling goose foie gras prepared by Edouard Artzner foie gras specialists in Strasbourg.
Best enjoyed served cool, in fine slices, on warm toast or any good quality bread. Goes well with our Mymoune fresh fig jam or Sauternes wine jelly.
Edouard Artzner, our supplier, are one of France’s oldest and most reputed foie gras houses.
