Odysea baked gigantes beans are also very enjoyable stirred through hot penne pasta – in which case, cut back the pasta quantity a little (as the beans have some bulk) and no need for tomato sauce.

Start by heating leeks and garlic in a casserole and when softened add the jar of Odysea baked gigantes and heat through.
Garnished with a generous helping of chopped parsley and served on thick toast.
