Authentique Cassoulet Riche En Viande La Belle Chaurienne (840g Tin Serves Two)

A very natural and authentic cassoulet made with 145g lingot beans, 175g pork, 2 Toulouse sausage and cassoulet sauce.

“Riche en viande” means “high in meat content” and these cassoulet are so named because they contain a higher percentage of meat than the rest of La Belle Chaurienne range.

To prepare your cassoulet, simply:

1. Pour the contents of your tin into an oven dish.
2. Place in a pre-heated oven at 180c for 20 minutes until golden brown.
3. Or alternatively pour your cassoulet into a saucepan and warm gently until hot.
