A traditional French wild boar terrine seasoned with sage and berries.
This pate has great flavour, a pleasant and appetizing colour, good texture and the taste of berries works well with the wild boar.
Delicious, served at room temperature, on some lightly toasted French bread or fresh loaf. Also works well as part of a Ploughman’s lunch!
