A very high quality goose foie gras prepared for us by Edouard Artzner foie gras specialists. Has one years life and can already be ordered for Christmas.
Edouard Artzner were founded in 1803 in Strasbourg and are one of France’s oldest and most reputed foie gras producers.
Foie gras “entier” refers to the fact that the best quality goose livers are used to make the foie gras and rate this one of the best goose foie gras we have tried with near perfect texture and flavour.
Foie Gras Serving Tips
Foie gras d’oie entier is best enjoyed served cool in fine slices on some lightly toasted white bread or brioche together with a wine jelly or chutney of your choice.
