About this product

A delicious and richly flavoured pheasant terrine seasoned with pistachios.

The flavour, texture and aroma of this pate are just superb and it is one of the better pates we have tried.

A real treat enjoyed at room temperature on some warm toast with a glass of red wine.

Prepared for us by Castaing in the Landes region of South West France.

Ingredients

Pork meat and fat, poultry meat, pheasant (20%), eggs, pistachio (3%), porto wine, armagnac, starch, gelatine, shallots, salt, spices, sugar, aromatic plants, preservative (sodium nitrite).
