A high quality, ready to use French fond de veau (veal stock) prepared by Castaing in the Landes region of South West France.
Simply pour contents into a saucepan, warm up gently, and pour over your main ingredient or add to your dish as required.
A tremendous way of adding depth of flavour to soups, stews and sauces.
Water, veal bones, white wine (sulphites), modified corn starch, shallots, duck fat, onions, leeks, carrots, salt, wheat flour, tomato concentrate, celery, garlic, pepper, aromatic plants, spices.
Store in a cupboard up to two years. Once open store in a fridge and consume within 3 days.
