A highly reputed single serving lobster soup prepared in Le Touquet, Northern France (2 years life unopened).
Makes a delicious starter or light main for one and ideal to serve when entertaining.
Simple requires warming gently in a saucepan and goes well with fried bread croutons rubbed with fresh garlic and rouille.
Another way to enjoy this soup is to add a little fresh cream prior to serving to give it a certain veloute.
You can also make a bouillabaisse by adding pieces of white fish, prawns and mussels as you warm your soup.
Water, lobster, various fish, tomato, salt, corn starch, modified corn starch, pepper, fennel, star anise, anise, paprika, garlic, thyme, natural flavor: yeast extract.
