This preparation is a perfect mix between selected white wine and delicate mackerel fillets: a combination that enhances perfectly the flavour of the mackerels.
Our mackerels are cooked in a court-bouillon, then cut in fillets and finally canned by hand. Our preparations are created with care and enhance the mackerel’s flavour without affecting its texture.
Conserverie Courtin mackerel fillets are freshly fished and meticulously prepared by following precise traditional methods. Then, they are canned by hand to ensure the best quality.
The Courtin canning factory is a family owned business, created in 1893. It is the most ancient fish cannery in Concarneau (located south of Brittany) and one of the oldest canneries throughout Brittany.
Mackerel fillets, aromatics, white wine vinegar, spirit vinegar, Muscadet white wine, salt, flavouring. Contains sulphites.
