About this product
We have tried many squid ink pastas over the years and rank this the best we have tried and is perfectly suited to making a very good seafood spaghetti dish.
It’s worth researching recipes, but a tomato based sauce, some chopped and lightly fried garlic incorporated into it along with seafood of your choice cooked in the sauce (mussels and prawns for example), a hint of chilli and liberal amounts of extra virgin olive oil make for a delicious pasta dish!
Finish with a sprinkling of parmesan and a little finely chopped basil.

Durum wheat (GLUTEN) semolina and natural dehydrated squid ink (MOLLUSC).
