Outstanding goose rillettes (100% natural) prepared by Maison Godard in the French Perigord region.
Goose rillettes make a tasty and easy to prepare cold starter for one served on some warm, lightly toasted bread served with a side green salad.
Rillettes also work well on canapes as they are very spreadable … and they make superb sandwiches in a baguette!
Also a nice little addition to French food gift hampers.
